Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for booking a portrait session with Emily Chesterton Photography. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they apply to your booking. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

General

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the client) and Emily Chesterton Photography (the photographer). They supersede any prior agreements. Any changes will be communicated in writing. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Acceptance

Your booking and payment signify acceptance of these terms. Any objections must be made in writing before the session. Mediation will be the preferred method for resolving disputes.

Copyright & Ownership

All rights to the images remain with Emily Chesterton Photography. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or sharing without consent is prohibited. You may share images only after purchase, where a copyright release for personal use is issued.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule for within 3 months of initial booking, subject to my availability. If we cannot agree on a new date, your session fee will be forfeited. Cancellations result in a lost fee.

Health

Please inform me of any health conditions (e.g., allergies, medical issues) that may affect the session. If anyone is ill, rescheduling is necessary.

Prices & Payments

All sessions must be completed within 12 months of the session fee payment. Full payment is required before receiving your images. Payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.

Preparation

Please ensure everyone is well-prepared for the session, noses wiped/ hair tidy/ crumbs removed etc!. You are responsible for your and your children's safety throughout the session. No personal photography is allowed during the shoot.

Creative License

You grant me full creative license to capture and edit the images in my style. Specific requests should be made in advance but are not guaranteed.

Order Sales

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Special offers apply only to your initial ordering window.

Image Archiving

Images will be archived for six months after your session. It is your responsibility to back up any digital files received.

Data Protection

I will store your personal information privately and will not share it with third parties. A separate Privacy Policy is available upon request.

Liability

In case of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, my liability is limited to a full refund of fees paid. I am not responsible for accidents or incidents occurring during the session.
